Jelani Kimble is the Founder and Executive Director of We Live This Ent., bringing over two decades of experience in live entertainment, cultural marketing, and grassroots activation.
With a background rooted in live event documentation, street-level promotion, and brand development, Jelani has built a reputation for operational reliability and culturally informed execution. His experience spans event marketing strategy, team leadership, experiential deployment, and creative direction.
In addition to leading We Live This Ent., Jelani is the founder of Da ILL Spot, a long-standing platform supporting independent artists and live event culture since 2008. His dual perspective — both creative and operational — allows him to bridge strategy with execution in fast-paced, high-impact environments.
Under his leadership, We Live This Ent. operates with a clear mandate: disciplined execution, authentic engagement, and measurable visibility for every client partnership.

Director of Partnerships & Talent Relations
Dale Alexander is a business development and relationship management professional with a strong background in contractor recruitment, promotional marketing, brand partnerships, and client engagement. As Director of Partnerships & Talent Relations for We Live This Ent., Dale plays a key role in expanding the company’s network by connecting with brands, cultivating client relationships, and helping assemble reliable teams for events, activations, and street marketing campaigns.
With a natural ability to build authentic connections, Dale helps bridge the gap between creative talent, independent contractors, and corporate opportunities. His work contributes directly to the growth and operational strength of We Live This Ent., ensuring projects are staffed effectively while maintaining professional relationships with both new and returning clients.
In addition to his work with We Live This Ent., Dale is also an entrepreneur and the driving force behind The Promo Life, a brand focused on promotional culture, networking, and business visibility, as well as We Love Belize, a platform centered around travel, culture, and community connection. Through these ventures, he has developed a diverse network across entertainment, marketing, tourism, and grassroots promotions.
Known for his people-first approach, strong communication skills, and ability to create opportunities through strategic networking, Dale continues to help position We Live This Ent. as a trusted and versatile company within live events, experiential marketing, and entertainment culture.
